Sunny Days.

I decided to wear something bright to work for a rainy day a few weeks ago. Definitely picks up my mood on those dreary days even though I love storms. The only other bright bottom I really had was either a red skirt or pant, so I just thought a bright yellow would work best since it is summer and all. Some printed flats picked up the fun factor and I am on the hunt for some more fun flats to add to my wardrobe. For the final personal touches, I added my Lia Sophia necklace I received as a gift from my bestie, Sarah, as well as a bangle from her trip to Chile a few years ago. Definitely a fun and meaningful outfit to me!

Nautical Neon.

What can I say? I’m into stripes. VERY much so. So I couldn’t help, but snag this neon-striped top at TJ Maxx a couple of months ago. It’s super soft and with 3/4 length sleeves, it’s perfect to work into your work wardrobe for the summer in Texas. I just recently purged my jewelry drawer and came across several sets similar to these bracelets I forgot I had. I actually have no idea where I got these bracelets from. They’re that old. Same thing happened when I purged my shoe collection. Forgot I had these gorgeous “mini” wedges too! Cleaning does have its benefits that’s for sure!
